TOTAL BLOCK is an innovative, high-solids elastomeric coating by CARBOSIL, designed to form a seamless, highly flexible, and durable waterproofing membrane on various surfaces. Unlike rigid waterproofing, this liquid rubber solution expands and contracts with the structure, sealing cracks and resisting ponding water. It provides exceptional resistance to UV rays, weathering, and temperature variations, effectively offering thermal comfort and comprehensive protection for roofs, slabs, and exterior facades. It truly is a comprehensive “Total Solution” for flexible waterproofing needs.

Damp guard is a ready-to-use, acrylic-based elastomeric liquid waterproofing coating, engineered to create a durable, seamless, and high-performance membrane on roofs and terraces. Its formulation provides a strong, flexible defence against heavy rainfall and standing water, effectively bridging hairline cracks that occur due to thermal expansion and contraction. Its white finish provides a high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI), significantly reducing the surface temperature of the roof and contributing to interior cooling. It is a simple, durable, and easy solution for lasting terrace protection.

A two-component, acrylic copolymer-based cementitious flexible slurry. It is a high-performance coating for concrete, slabs, and masonry. It cures to form a flexible, seamless, impermeable membrane that can bridge small, non-structural cracks and prevent water ingress.

A high-quality, two-component, high-elastic, polymer-modified cementitious membrane. It provides superior waterproofing and flexibility, drying to a seamless, durable, rubber-like sheet. It is engineered for more demanding applications than standard coatings and can be painted or overlaid.

A high-performance, ready-to-use, acrylic copolymer-based crack filler paste. It is a non-shrink, flexible paste designed for sealing static or minor-movement cracks up to 3mm in plaster and masonry. It is reinforced with glass fibres to enhance its mechanical strength and durability.

A penetrating crystalline coating for negative-side waterproofing. It is a unique formulation of chemicals that requires moisture and the “free lime” in concrete to initiate a chemical reaction. This reaction grows deep, insoluble crystals within the concrete’s capillaries, permanently blocking water migration. It can also self-heal future hairline cracks.

Turbo Base is a specialised, fast-curing, mineral-based sealing slurry, engineered as the foundational layer in a waterproofing system to combat pressurised water from the negative side (internal basement/wall applications). It forms a dense, highly resistant barrier against aggressive groundwater and high hydrostatic pressure, preventing water ingress, dampness, and efflorescence where excavation from the exterior is not feasible. Applied as a slurry, it chemically bonds to the mineral substrate, establishing a rigid, permanent, and seamless seal to secure the wall against structural moisture issues.

An ultra-fast setting cementitious waterproof plugging compound designed to stop active water leakage instantly. Reinforced with special additives and polymers, this ready-to-use powder seals running water through cracks, holes, and joints in concrete or masonry within 3–5 seconds. It forms an essential component of the CARBOSIL TURBO SYSTEM for negative-side waterproofing applications.

A deep-penetrating liquid sealer used as an essential component of the CARBOSIL TURBO SYSTEM for negative-side waterproofing applications. This ultra-low viscosity liquid penetrates deeply into concrete and masonry substrates where it reacts chemically to form insoluble compounds, permanently blocking pores and capillaries against water ingress. It is specially designed for use with Turbo Base and Turbo Shock to create an immediate waterproofing barrier against negative water pressure.

An innovative, high-strength damp-proofing chemical injection cream. It is specifically formulated for the treatment of rising damp in masonry walls. Its penetrating nature assists in diffusing along the mortar course to cure into a breathable, water-repellent resin barrier, effectively blocking moisture from rising the wall from the ground when used as directed.

A high-performance, salt-accumulating restoration plaster. It is specifically formulated for the renovation of masonry surfaces damaged by moisture and salts. Its porous nature assists in regulating the wall climate by allowing water vapour to escape unhindered while securely storing harmful salts within its internal pore structure, effectively preventing efflorescence and surface damage when used as directed.

A high-performance, breathable mineral coating. It is specifically formulated with cutting-edge nanotechnology to line the pores of the substrate without sealing them. Its micro-crystalline nature assists in repelling driven rain while allowing trapped water vapour to escape freely, preventing the blistering and flaking often associated with standard acrylic paints.

A rapid-setting and hardening, slump-free mortar for external or internal repairs. This mortar sets quickly (20 minutes) to achieve exceptional strength. Its “slump-free” or low-sag property means it can be applied thickly on vertical and overhead surfaces without falling.

A high-strength, fast-setting, slump-free repair mortar for internal and external use. It shares the rapid-setting (40 min) and hardening properties of RB-20 but includes the significant addition of a built-in corrosion inhibitor for maximum protection of embedded reinforcement.

A fast-setting, single-component hydraulic cement mortar for stopping emergency water leakage. It is supplied as a dry powder that only requires clean water to activate. It undergoes a rapid chemical reaction, setting in 2-3 minutes to plug active, running water and seepage, even against hydrostatic pressure.

A ready-to-use, fast-acting, acid-based cleaner. It is specifically formulated for the regular cleaning and daily maintenance of tile surfaces. Its acidic nature assists in effectively removing general dirt, grime, and light stains without damaging the tile surface when used as directed.

A ready-to-use, chemically advanced, acid-based treatment. It is specifically formulated for the remediation and protection of corroded ferrous metal surfaces. Its reactive nature assists in effectively converting rust (iron oxide) into a stable, black protective barrier, neutralising corrosion without the need for extensive sanding or grinding.

A heavy-duty, fast-acting solvent-based remover. It is specifically formulated for the effective removal of old coatings from various substrates. Its penetrating nature assists in bubbling and lifting multiple layers of oil-based paints, varnishes, lacquers, and epoxies without damaging the underlying wood or metal surface when used as directed.

A high-performance, penetrating silane-siloxane impregnation sealer. It is specifically formulated for the waterproofing and protection of porous mineral substrates. Its hydrophobic nature assists in creating a deep internal barrier that repels water and salts while allowing moisture vapour to escape, preserving the structural integrity without altering the surface appearance.

A polymer-modified tile adhesive formulated for reliable, long-lasting adhesion of ceramic and small-format vitrified tiles. It is primarily intended for standard interior wall and floor applications where it provides a consistent bond. It can be applied over common cementitious substrates, including cement-lime plaster, cement screeds, and concrete surfaces. Its formulation is also suitable for affixing small ceramic tiles on exterior walls in non-critical areas.

A C1E type polymer-modified tile adhesive, professionally classified according to EN 12004. The “C1” designation confirms it meets the standard for a normal cementitious adhesive, while the “E” indicates “extended open time.” It is designed for glazed, terracotta, and vitrified tiles, providing excellent workability for interior applications.

A C2E type high-performance, thin and middle-bed adhesive. The “C2” classification signifies a superior, high-strength bond, rendering it suitable for demanding applications, including low-porosity tiles like vitrified and natural stone. Its robust formulation is designed for both internal and external use, including areas with high foot traffic or water exposure.

A C2TE type high-performance, thin and middle-bed adhesive with a white cement base. The “C2” rating ensures a superior bond, “T” provides non-slip (thixotropic) properties for vertical work, and “E” denotes extended open time. The white base is critical for aesthetically sensitive installations, preventing staining or shadowing of light-colored materials.

A C2TES1 type deformable, polymer-fibre modified adhesive. This is a top-tier flexible adhesive, with “S1” indicating its capacity to deform and absorb stress. It is engineered for critical substrates prone to movement, vibration, or thermal expansion/contraction, such as facades, pools, and balconies. It maintains an elastic connection to manage shear stresses between the tile and the substrate.

A two-part, eco-friendly, elastic organic mineral adhesive. This high-performance Polyurethane (PU) based adhesive is engineered for extreme situations. It is designed to lay virtually any material (tile, stone, wood, metal) onto difficult or deformable substrates, providing exceptionally high adhesion and zero vertical slip.

A two-part, epoxy-based, stain-proof tile grout, formulated for joints from 2-10mm. Unlike cementitious grouts, it is non-porous, rendering it ideal for areas requiring high hygiene and durability, as it actively inhibits bacterial growth. It forms a smooth, creamy, non-sag paste that cures to a water-tight, chemical-resistant finish.

A new-generation, two-component high-strength epoxy adhesive system. It is a fast-setting, solvent-free adhesive designed to bond a wide variety of substrates with exceptional strength. Once cured, the bond is waterproof, heatproof, stress-proof, and resistant to most chemicals.

A premixed, non-shrink, high-strength, free-flowing grout. It is an engineered cementitious grout containing well-graded aggregates and speciality additives. It is designed to be highly flowable to fill voids, and it counteracts shrinkage during curing, ensuring full, stable support.

A ready-to-use, free-flowing, non-shrink repair micro-concrete. This cementitious material is designed for large-volume structural repairs to damaged reinforced concrete elements, especially in restricted areas. A gaseous expansion system compensates for shrinkage in the plastic state, ensuring a monolithic repair.

A high-performance, non-shrink, free-flowing cementitious grout. It is specifically formulated for heavy-duty precision grouting applications where high compressive strength is required. Its expansive nature assists in filling voids without shrinkage, ensuring maximum effective bearing area and load transfer for structural elements.

A premium, solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin grout. It is specifically formulated with a precise 2:1 mixing ratio to deliver ultra-high strength for critical structural applications. Its fast-curing, low-viscosity nature assists in penetrating tight voids and securing anchors, offering superior performance where standard cement grouts cannot cope with high dynamic loads or chemical exposure.

A one-part, pre-blended, non-metallic mineral dry-shake hardener. It consists of cement, specially selected hard mineral aggregates, and admixtures. It is applied (“dry-shake” method) to the surface of fresh wet concrete and troweled in to become a monolithic part of the floor, creating a dense, wear-resistant topping.

A heavy-duty, high-build, two-component protective coating. It is specifically formulated by combining epoxy resins with coal tar pitch to create an extremely tough and impermeable film. Its chemical nature assists in providing superior resistance to severe corrosive environments, moisture penetration, and bacterial attack, making it the industry standard for submerged or buried steel and concrete.

A specialised, solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin system with ultra-low viscosity. It is specifically formulated for the structural repair and consolidation of cracked concrete. Its water-like consistency assists in penetrating deep into fine hairline fissures via gravity or low-pressure injection, effectively welding the concrete back together to restore its monolithic strength.

A high-strength, solvent-free, three-component epoxy repair mortar. It is specifically formulated with a precise blend of 2 parts resin, 1 part hardener, and 8 parts graded fillers to create a thixotropic, moldable paste. Its “plastic” consistency assists in vertical and overhead repairs without slumping, allowing for easy shaping and profiling of damaged concrete without the need for formwork.

A high-performance, new-generation high-range water-reducing superplasticiser. It is specifically formulated using advanced polycarboxylate ether (PCE) polymers. Its steric hindrance mechanism assists in dispersing cement particles effectively, allowing for extreme water reduction and high flow retention without segregation when used as directed.

An advanced, ultra-high range water-reducing superplasticiser. It is specifically formulated with select polycarboxylate ether polymers to promote high early strength development. Its unique electro-steric action assists in rapid cement hydration and maximum dispersion, enabling the production of concrete with extremely low water-to-cement ratios and superior early age performance.

A state-of-the-art, ultra-high performance superplasticiser designed exclusively for the precast concrete industry. It is specifically formulated with modified polycarboxylate ether polymers to optimise rheology. Its powerful dispersing nature assists in producing cohesive, self-compacting concrete (SCC) with exceptional early strength, enabling rapid mould turnover without compromising on surface aesthetics.

A powerful, liquid accelerating admixture. It is specifically formulated with a high concentration of calcium chloride to drastically speed up the hydration process of cement. Its active nature assists in generating rapid heat evolution and early setting, allowing for concrete placement in cold weather or when immediate structural use is required.

A milky-white speciality Styrene Butadiene Latex (SBR) used as a high-performance liquid admixture and bonding agent. When used as an admixture, it disperses in the mortar/concrete mix to improve its physical properties. As a bonding agent, it creates a powerful adhesive layer between old and new concrete.

An innovative liquid admixture for concrete and mortar that provides a dual-action waterproofing and plasticising effect. Based on specially formulated polymers, it is compatible with all cement types. It functions by reducing capillary porosity (waterproofing) and improving particle dispersion (plasticising).

A chloride-free, high-performance superplasticiser admixture based on selected polymers (PCE). It is designed to significantly reduce water demand (water-reduction) in a concrete mix, which is the key to producing high-strength, high-performance concrete. It also inhibits corrosion of reinforcement.

A polymer-modified, ready-to-use mortar specifically designed for fixing AAC, fly ash, and concrete blocks. It is a high-strength, thixotropic mortar applied in a thin bed (3mm), replacing conventional 12- 15 mm cement-sand mortar beds, resulting in faster work and less material usage.
