PU Flex

The adhesive can be used for both internal and external flooring and wall applications, in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings. It is also suitable for use in laboratories, swimming pools, Turkish baths, thermal water baths, and fountains. Additionally, the adhesive can be used to fix tiles to sheet metal used for prefabricated bathrooms, on worktops and kitchens, balconies, terraces, flat roofs, and domes.

The adhesive is high-elastic, which means that it can accommodate the movement of the substrate and the tiles. This makes it ideal for use on deformable substrates, such as those that are subject to expansion and contraction due to changes in temperature or moisture content. The adhesive is also resistant to staining and is suitable for use with a variety of materials, including those that are susceptible to staining due to water absorption or thermal expansion.

  1. Prepare the substrate by making sure it is clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, grease, and other contaminants.
  2. Apply the adhesive to the substrate using a notched trowel. The amount of adhesive required will vary depending on the size and type of tiles being used.
  3. Press the tiles firmly into the adhesive, making sure that they are level.
  4. Use spacers between the tiles to ensure that they are evenly spaced.
  5. Allow the adhesive to dry completely before grouting the tiles.
  • The adhesive should be applied in a uniform layer to ensure that the tiles are properly bonded.
  • The tiles should be pressed firmly into the adhesive to ensure a good bond.
  • The spacers should be removed after the adhesive has dried.
  • The tiles should be grouted according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

It is important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully when using high-elastic adhesive. This will help to ensure that the tiles are properly bonded and that the adhesive performs as expected.
