Super Flex HD is a premium-quality, two-component, high-elastic polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing membrane specially engineered for demanding waterproofing applications. It forms a highly flexible, seamless, and durable rubber-like membrane that provides outstanding resistance against water ingress while accommodating significant substrate movement and thermal expansion.
Developed using advanced polymer technology, Super Flex HD offers exceptional adhesion to concrete, masonry, cement screeds, and other cementitious substrates, creating a long-lasting waterproof barrier for both internal and external applications. Its superior elasticity allows it to bridge larger non-structural cracks while maintaining excellent waterproof performance even under challenging weather conditions.
Unlike conventional waterproof coatings, Super Flex HD can be easily applied using a brush, roller, or trowel without the need for torch application or heat. Once cured, it forms a seamless, flexible membrane that is UV-resistant, weatherproof, and durable enough to withstand continuous exposure to moisture, sunlight, and temperature variations. It can also be painted or overlaid with tiles or protective finishes.
Super Flex HD is ideal for terraces, roofs, podium decks, balconies, water tanks, swimming pools, basements, retaining walls, foundations, wet areas, and other high-movement waterproofing applications where superior flexibility, crack-bridging, and long-term protection are essential.
How Super Flex HD Works
Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete or masonry surface thoroughly by removing dust, grease, loose particles, and contaminants before application.
Surface Conditioning
Pre-wet the substrate until it reaches a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition to improve bonding and waterproof performance.
Mix the Components
Mix the liquid polymer and cementitious powder thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free slurry is obtained.
Apply Super Flex HD
Apply two coats using a brush, roller, or trowel, allowing the first coat to dry before applying the second coat.
Cure & Protect
Allow the membrane to cure completely, forming a durable, seamless waterproof barrier with superior flexibility and weather resistance.
