Turbo Anchor is a deep-penetrating liquid waterproof sealer specially developed as an essential component of the CARBOSIL TURBO SYSTEM for negative-side waterproofing applications. Its ultra-low viscosity formulation penetrates deeply into concrete, masonry, brickwork, and other mineral substrates where it chemically reacts to form insoluble compounds that permanently seal pores and capillaries against water ingress.
Unlike conventional surface sealers, Turbo Anchor works beneath the surface to create a dense waterproof structure that becomes an integral part of the substrate. It provides exceptional adhesion on damp concrete and masonry while preparing the surface for Turbo Base and Turbo Shock, creating a complete waterproofing system capable of resisting high negative water pressure.
Its advanced solvent-free formulation offers outstanding resistance to groundwater salts, aggressive chemicals, moisture migration, and hydrostatic pressure while maintaining long-term durability. Turbo Anchor is environmentally friendly and suitable for use on both new and existing concrete structures.
Turbo Anchor is ideal for basements, foundations, retaining walls, tunnels, shafts, manholes, underground structures, masonry, and concrete surfaces where deep substrate waterproofing and permanent capillary sealing are required.
How Turbo Anchor Works
Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete or masonry surface thoroughly by removing dust, grease, loose particles and contaminants.
Dampen Surface
Lightly dampen the substrate to improve penetration and enhance the chemical reaction.
Apply Turbo Anchor
Apply the liquid uniformly using a brush, roller, or spray until the surface is fully saturated.
Deep Penetration
The active chemicals penetrate deeply into the substrate and permanently seal pores and capillaries.
Complete the System
Apply Turbo Base and Turbo Shock as required to complete the CARBOSIL Turbo waterproofing system.
Surface Preparation
