Epoxy Injection Grout (ELV) is a premium-grade, solvent-free two-component ultra-low viscosity epoxy resin system specially engineered for the structural repair and strengthening of cracked concrete. Its water-like consistency enables deep penetration into extremely fine cracks and voids, restoring damaged concrete to its original monolithic strength.
Designed for gravity-fed or low-pressure injection, ELV epoxy grout easily penetrates hairline cracks as narrow as 0.05 mm, filling internal voids that conventional repair materials cannot reach. Once cured, it forms an exceptionally strong structural bond that often exceeds the tensile strength of the surrounding concrete.
Unlike conventional crack fillers, Epoxy Injection Grout (ELV) cures without shrinkage, creating a permanent waterproof seal that prevents further moisture ingress while restoring structural continuity. Its moisture-insensitive formulation also allows effective bonding in damp cracks, making it ideal for underground and below-grade concrete repairs.

How Epoxy Injection Grout (ELV) Works
Inspect the Cracks

Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly to achieve a uniform ultra-low viscosity epoxy mixture.
