DrySeal is an innovative, high-strength damp-proofing chemical injection cream specially developed for the treatment of rising damp in brick and masonry walls. Injected directly into the mortar bed, its advanced penetrating formulation diffuses deep into the wall before curing into a breathable, water-repellent resin barrier that permanently blocks moisture rising from the ground.
Unlike conventional surface waterproof coatings, DrySeal treats the root cause of rising damp by creating a continuous horizontal Damp Proof Course (DPC) inside the wall structure. This prevents moisture migration while allowing trapped water vapour to escape naturally, helping walls dry without causing further damage.
Its high saturation tolerance allows effective installation even in walls containing up to 95% moisture, making it suitable for both old and new masonry buildings. Packaged in convenient 310 ml cartridges, DrySeal can be applied using a standard caulking gun without expensive injection equipment.

How DrySeal Works
Mark the Injection Line
Identify the mortar course and mark the horizontal injection line at the recommended height.
Drill Injection Holes
Drill 12 mm diameter holes at regular intervals along the mortar joint.
Inject DrySeal
Inject the cream into each drilled hole using a standard caulking gun until completely filled.
Create Damp-Proof Barrier
The cream diffuses through the mortar and cures into a continuous water-repellent resin barrier.
Dry & Restore Walls
The wall gradually dries while moisture movement is permanently blocked, allowing replastering and repainting.
Mark the Injection Line
Select the correct mortar bed and mark the complete injection line around the affected wall.
Drill Injection Holes
Drill 12 mm holes at recommended spacing along the mortar joint for uniform chemical distribution.
Inject DrySeal
Inject the cream into every hole using a standard cartridge gun until each cavity is completely filled.
Barrier Formation
