Dry Coat is a high-performance breathable mineral coating specially developed as the final protective finish for buildings affected by rising damp, moisture, and salt contamination. Manufactured using advanced nanotechnology, Dry Coat lines the microscopic pores of masonry without sealing them, allowing walls to breathe naturally while providing outstanding protection against rain and weathering.
Unlike conventional acrylic paints that trap moisture and eventually blister or peel, Dry Coat creates a micro-crystalline mineral finish that repels driven rain while allowing internal water vapour to escape freely. This breathable technology helps keep masonry dry, prevents paint failure, and supports the long-term performance of damp-proofing and restoration systems.
Its environmentally friendly, water-based formulation is completely plastic-free, low in VOCs, solvent-free, and virtually odourless.
