Crystal Coat TS1 is an advanced penetrating crystalline waterproofing system specially formulated for negative-side waterproofing of concrete structures. Its unique blend of active chemicals reacts with moisture and the free lime naturally present in concrete to form deep, insoluble crystals that permanently seal capillaries, pores, and micro-cracks, effectively blocking water migration from within the concrete.
Unlike conventional waterproof coatings that remain on the surface, Crystal Coat TS1 penetrates deep into the concrete matrix and becomes an integral part of the structure itself. The crystalline formation continues to grow inside the concrete over time, creating a permanent waterproof barrier that cannot peel, puncture, or delaminate. Its self-healing capability also allows dormant chemicals to reactivate whenever moisture is present, sealing future hairline cracks automatically.
Developed using advanced crystalline technology, Crystal Coat TS1 provides outstanding resistance to negative hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for waterproofing structures where external access is not possible. It also protects concrete against chloride attack, salt water, alkalis, and mild acids, significantly extending the service life of reinforced concrete structures.

How Crystal Coat TS1 Works
Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete thoroughly by removing dirt, laitance, loose particles, grease, and contaminants to expose a sound surface.
Saturate the Surface
Pre-wet the concrete until it reaches a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition to activate the crystalline reaction.
Mix the Slurry
Mix Crystal Coat TS1 with clean water to obtain a smooth, brushable slurry according to the recommended mixing ratio.
Apply Crystal Coat TS1
Apply one or two coats evenly using a brush over the damp concrete surface for complete waterproof protection.
Crystal Growth
The active chemicals penetrate deep into the concrete, forming insoluble crystals that permanently block water pathways.
Surface Preparation
