How Rapid Build RB-20 Works
Surface Preparation
Remove loose concrete, dust, grease, laitance, and damaged material to expose a clean and sound repair surface.
Pre-Wet the Surface
Dampen the concrete until it reaches a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition for maximum bonding performance.
Mix the Mortar
Mix Rapid Build RB-20 with clean water until a smooth, lump-free, thixotropic repair mortar is obtained.
Apply & Shape
Apply firmly using a trowel. Its non-sag consistency allows thick repairs on vertical and overhead surfaces without slipping.
Rapid Hardening
Initial set occurs within 20 minutes, achieving rapid strength and becoming walkable in approximately 2–3 hours.
Surface Preparation
