Rapid Build RB-30 is a premium-grade, high-strength, fast-setting, slump-free repair mortar specially engineered for structural concrete repairs where reinforcement protection is essential. Designed for both internal and external applications, it combines rapid strength development with advanced corrosion protection for long-lasting repairs.
Unlike conventional repair mortars, Rapid Build RB-30 contains an integrated corrosion inhibitor that actively protects embedded steel reinforcement (rebar) as well as surrounding steel from rust and corrosion. This significantly increases the durability and service life of repaired concrete structures.
Its lightweight thixotropic formulation allows thick application on vertical walls and overhead surfaces without sagging, while its rapid-setting characteristics reduce downtime and allow repaired areas to return to service quickly.
Rapid Build RB-30 is ideal for repairing columns, beams, balconies, bridges, parking structures, tunnels, retaining walls, concrete facades, soffits, staircases, industrial structures, and reinforced concrete elements where structural strength and corrosion protection are equally important.
How Rapid Build RB-30 Works
Surface Preparation
Remove damaged concrete, loose particles, dust and expose sound substrate and reinforcement if required.
Clean Reinforcement
Clean exposed steel reinforcement to remove rust and prepare it for corrosion protection.
Mix RB-30
Mix Rapid Build RB-30 with clean water until a smooth, homogeneous repair mortar is obtained.
Apply Repair Mortar
Apply firmly onto vertical or overhead repair areas. The non-sag formulation remains in place without slumping.
Strength & Protection
The mortar rapidly hardens while its corrosion inhibitor protects embedded reinforcement for long-term durability.
