PU Flex is a premium-grade two-component polyurethane (PU) elastic adhesive engineered for the most demanding bonding applications. Its advanced organic-mineral formulation delivers exceptional adhesion, outstanding flexibility, and zero vertical slip, making it the ideal solution for fixing tiles, natural stone, wood, metal, rubber, PVC, and other construction materials onto both rigid and deformable substrates.
Developed using high-performance polyurethane technology, PU Flex forms an extremely strong yet permanently elastic bond capable of absorbing structural movement, vibration, thermal expansion, and dynamic loads without cracking or debonding. Unlike conventional cement-based adhesives, it provides superior adhesion to a wide variety of challenging surfaces while maintaining long-term flexibility.
Its eco-friendly, solvent-free formulation offers excellent resistance to water, weather, chemicals, and temperature variations, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications. The non-slip properties allow heavy materials to remain securely positioned on vertical surfaces immediately after installation, improving efficiency and installation accuracy.

How PU Flex Works
Prepare the Surface
Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, structurally sound, and free from dust, grease, oil, and loose particles.
Mix Components
Thoroughly mix Part A and Part B until a smooth, uniform adhesive is achieved.
Apply Adhesive
Spread evenly using a suitable notched trowel to achieve complete adhesive coverage.
Fix the Material
Install tiles, stone, wood, metal, or other materials while ensuring full contact with the adhesive.
Cure & Perform
Allow complete curing to achieve maximum bond strength, flexibility, and long-term durability.
Prepare the Surface
Clean the substrate thoroughly and remove dust, grease, moisture, and loose particles.
Mix Components
Mix Part A and Part B completely until a smooth adhesive consistency is obtained.
Apply the Adhesive
Spread evenly using a suitable notched trowel to ensure maximum bonding.
Install the Material
Place and align the material while maintaining complete contact with the adhesive bed.
Cure Completely
