Designed with a precise 2:1 mixing ratio, it delivers exceptional compressive strength exceeding 100 MPa, making it the preferred solution where conventional cementitious grouts cannot withstand extreme loads, vibration, or aggressive chemical exposure.
Its advanced low-viscosity epoxy formulation allows the grout to flow easily into narrow gaps, intricate voids, and beneath heavy machinery baseplates, producing complete bearing contact without shrinkage. The high-strength epoxy matrix creates a permanent structural bond capable of transferring massive static and dynamic loads while maintaining dimensional stability throughout its service life.

How Rock Grout GP100 Works
Prepare the Surface
Ensure all concrete and steel surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, and loose particles.
Mix Components
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly in the recommended 2:1 ratio until a uniform, lump-free epoxy grout is achieved.
Pour the Grout
Pour continuously from one side, allowing the low-viscosity epoxy to flow beneath machinery and structural baseplates.
Complete Void Filling
The free-flowing epoxy grout penetrates narrow gaps and cavities, ensuring complete bearing contact without shrinkage.
Cure & Commission
Allow the epoxy grout to cure fully before commissioning heavy machinery or applying structural loads.
Prepare the Surface
Clean all contact surfaces thoroughly, ensuring they are dry and free from contaminants.
Mix the Components
Mix the epoxy components completely according to the specified ratio until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour into Position
Pour the grout from one side to allow natural flow beneath baseplates and into confined spaces.
Fill All Voids
