MICRO-CONCRETE is a high-performance, ready-to-use non-shrink repair micro-concrete specially engineered for large-volume structural concrete repairs. Its free-flowing formulation enables it to be poured or pumped into restricted areas where conventional concrete placement is difficult, creating dense, void-free repairs with exceptional structural integrity.
Manufactured using specially graded aggregates, high-strength cement, and advanced expansion technology, MICRO-CRETE develops excellent early and long-term compressive strength while compensating for shrinkage during curing. This ensures complete contact with existing concrete, producing a durable monolithic repair without cracking or debonding.
Unlike conventional repair mortars, MICRO-CONCRETE requires no vibration or mechanical compaction. Its self-flowing characteristics allow it to easily surround reinforcement bars, fill complex formwork, and restore damaged reinforced concrete members with outstanding precision and efficiency.

How Micro Concrete Works
Prepare the Surface
Remove all loose concrete, dust, grease, and deteriorated material. Expose and clean reinforcement where necessary.
Mix MICRO-CRETE
Mix with clean water until a smooth, free-flowing consistency is achieved according to the recommended water ratio.
Pour or Pump
Place the material into prepared formwork by pouring or pumping, allowing it to flow naturally around reinforcement.
Self-Level & Fill
The highly flowable mix completely fills voids and confined spaces without vibration or mechanical compaction.
Cure & Restore
Allow proper curing to achieve maximum strength before returning the repaired structure to service.
