Its highly fluid consistency allows the grout to flow effortlessly beneath machine base plates, structural columns, anchor bolts, and confined spaces without segregation or mechanical compaction. The integrated non-shrink expansion system compensates for normal drying shrinkage, ensuring permanent contact, maximum load transfer, and long-term structural stability.
Unlike conventional cement grouts, Rock Grout GP-65 develops high early and ultimate strength while remaining non-metallic and chloride-free, eliminating the risk of corrosion to reinforcement bars, anchor bolts, and machine foundations. How Rock Grout GP-65 Works
Prepare the Surface
Clean all grout pockets, concrete surfaces, and base plates by removing dust, oil, grease, and loose particles.
Pre-Wet the Concrete
Saturate the concrete surface with clean water and remove any standing water before grouting.
Mix the Grout
Mix Rock Grout GP-65 with the recommended amount of clean water until a smooth, free-flowing consistency is achieved.
Pour the Grout
Pour continuously from one side to allow the grout to flow beneath the base plate and completely fill all voids.
Cure Properly
Protect the grout from rapid drying and cure adequately to achieve maximum strength and durability.
Surface Preparation
Remove loose particles, oil, dust, rust, and contaminants from the grouting area before application.
Condition the Surface
Pre-soak concrete surfaces with water while ensuring no standing water remains before grouting.
Prepare the Mix
Mix with clean water until a smooth, homogeneous, free-flowing grout is obtained.
Place the Grout
