How Damp Guard Works
Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete or masonry surface thoroughly by removing dust, loose particles, grease, paint, and contaminants to ensure maximum adhesion.
Surface Conditioning
Pre-wet the substrate until it reaches a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition without leaving standing water before application.
Mix Damp Guard
Mix Damp Guard with clean water according to the recommended ratio until a smooth, lump-free slurry is obtained.
Apply Waterproof Coating
Apply two uniform coats using a brush or trowel, allowing the first coat to dry before applying the second for complete waterproof protection.
Cure & Protect
Allow the coating to cure properly to form a durable waterproof barrier that protects concrete against dampness, seepage, and water penetration.
